Michelle is a life long yogi and qualified yoga instructor whose strong yet graceful style of teaching balances strength and yielding, with honesty and grace. Her dynamic, potent and creative classes incorporate mindful, flowing movement with breath awareness. A blend of asana, relaxation, pranayama and meditation, each class is an opportunity to replenish and reconnect, while building strength, flexibility, stability and embodied awareness.
With extensive training in Yin Yoga(completed level 2 training with Sarah Powers among others), Hatha and Pre Natal teaching, Michelle’s welcoming, warm, nurturing and light-hearted approach allows beginners and experienced yoga students to practice side by side. She believes that 'yoga' is not simply a physical act of movement that happens on the mat, but rather a way of being that increases our capacity to live, breathe and move with a greater sense of ease, awareness and kindness, while inviting a deep sense of courage, compassion and inner-peace into all aspects of life.
Having had the opportunity to practice, study and train with a variety of local, interstate and international teachers(including Judith Lasater and Sarah Powers), Michelle is incredibly grateful for, and humbled by, the wisdom and inspiration her teachers and students bring to her personal yoga practice and every day life.
Carol is a qualified yoga instructor who is forever grateful to the practice, and to the like-minded individuals that she has the opportunity to share her passion with.
Her yoga journey first began in 2009 during her first ever yoga class, where she discovered the power of the mind, body and breath connection. Since then she has enjoyed a dedicated practice, and continues to witness the transformative power that yoga has, not only for her physical well-being, but also in her everyday life.
Carol’s classes are fluid, flowing, dynamic and creative, with a strong focus on breath connection and mindfulness. She has a special interest in anatomy and the effects that yoga has on both the energetic and subtle body, and incorporates asana, pranayama, meditation and relaxation into all her classes. Carol is passionate about students meeting themselves with a sense of acceptance and loving kindness, and her classes are tailored to suit yoga students of all levels.

Julie started teaching yoga as a way of helping others to reconnect and to let go of self doubt, to find a stable place in a pose that opens their hearts to a love and appreciation of ones self. Julie is trained in Hatha, Yin and Kids Yoga, as well as being a qualified Ayurvedic lifestyle consultant.
Julie is particularly passionate about working with children, and trained in kids yoga teaching in order to help children stay grounded and connect to their breath, while uncovering tools and techniques to help them cope, and ultimately thrive, throughout their growing years.
